As the Financial Reporting Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:
SEC reporting, including 10-K and 10-Q filings, and other filings as needed
Prepare consolidated financial statements and footnotes on a quarterly and annual basis
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statements of cash flows for internal and external reporting purposes
Prepare GAAP and underlying statements of operations on a quarterly and annual basis
Coordinate the compilation of data to support quarterly and annual financial statements and footnote disclosure requirements and review for accuracy
Review all significant/unusual transactions to ensure that they are reported properly under GAAP
Research and recommend positions on significant accounting and reporting issues
Analyze, assess and proactively communicate the impact of all new accounting standards on the Company
